This form is for users who feel they have been wrongly blocked from participating in the Golden protocol testnet. Users automatically become ineligible to submit triples, create entities, or cast verification votes when their testnet points balance reaches 0 or less.
Reaching 0 testnet points typically means that a significant portion of network interactions was of low accuracy.
